3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate requirements, content, approvals, credentials and other materials reasonably required to complete a project. Delays in providing these items may affect the agreed delivery schedule.

4. Project Scope and Changes

Projects may use hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, fonts or other third-party services. Their availability, pricing, policies and performance are controlled by their respective providers. Clients are responsible for recurring third-party charges unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will take reasonable care to protect confidential business and technical information received from the other party and will use it only for the intended project or service.
9. Warranties and Support
We aim to deliver professional and reliable solutions. Any included warranty or support period will be specified in the project agreement. Issues caused by unauthorized modifications, third-party changes, misuse or external infrastructure may require separately charged support.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Rise IT Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity. Our total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate a service according to the applicable agreement. The client remains responsible for payment for work completed and costs committed up to the termination date.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion and, if unresolved, will be subject to the jurisdiction stated in the applicable service agreement.
